Purchase Terms

By purchasing any of our products, you agree to abide by the following terms set forth here in addition to our general terms and rules.

Company is defined as Quick Save Games and any agent or representative of Quick Save Games.

Product is defined as any product sold by the Company.

Purchase of Portraits:
We offer artist created Portraits as a Product to users. If you purchase a portrait, we aim to have it completed within 5 business days or sooner - however, this is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to extend turn around time.

The Portraits we create for you may be used at your discretion and as you please, however, we retain the right to showcase portraits and use for marketing or any other purpose.

Purchase of Pre-Orders:
A Pre-Order is an intangible Product in and of itself. Purchasing a Pre-Order does not mean you are purchasing a game or digital download. Delivery of a Pre-Order will be considered completed upon receipt of payment to the Company. Pre-Orders may be used at a later date, at the discretion of the Company, to provide the purchaser with another product, (i.e. a pre-order may be used as a token for a later completed product), but this is not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders may be fully refunded within 10 days of purchase through original method of payment only. After 10 days, the sale will be considered final. To request a refund, please use the contact form below and include your name, original PayPal transaction id, and reason for refund.

Portrait art is non-refundable for any reason once the artist has began to work on painting your portrait.

Zero Liability:
In no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental, direct, indirect special and consequential damages, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use a Product by the Company, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to hold the Company harmless from any and all actions resulting from use of any Product(s) created or associated with the Company.

Should there be any dispute, all matters will be resolved in Ontario, Canada in accordance with Canadian law.
